will take you just 5 minutes to complete both parts. The
first part (below) consists of just 16 statements, to which you
indicate either that you
know the statement to be true (I know, and agree), that you
know the statement to not be true (I know and don't
agree), or that you are unsure either way (I don't know).
Whilst
answering the questions, please bear in mind that a true assessment
of your company's position can only be made if you answer the
questionnaire honestly, and that your answers are a reflection
of your company rather than your person!
