This Privacy Policy describes Our policies
and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when
You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law
protects You.
We use Your Personal data to provide and
improve the Service. By using the Service, You agree
to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy
Policy.
The words of which the initial letter is
capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following
definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in
singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy which
are not necessarily applicable for all TGG software programs and Application:

Account
means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our
Service.

Access Provider
means a company who provides the Mamigo App as a free download for you and who
are responsible for any money transactions made from within the Application (so
called “In App Purchases”). The Access Provide will be either Google or Apple,
depending on the Operating System of your mobile ‘phone.
·
Affiliate
means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with
a party, where "control" means ownership of 50% or more of the
shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for election of
directors or other managing authority.

Application
refers to Mamigo, the software program provided by the Company.
·
Company
(referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us"
or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to TGG, August-Euler-Zeile 11; 14089 Berlin.
·
Country
refers to: Berlin, Germany
·
Device
means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or
a digital tablet.
·
Personal Data is
any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
·
Service
refers to the Application.
·
Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the
Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the
Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the
Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in
analyzing how the Service is used.

Token is
a code which can be used within the Application to use the Application without
having to pay.
·
Usage Data
refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the
Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of
a page visit).

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the
company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing
or using the Service, as applicable.
The Mamigo App does not require any
personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify
You.
In
order to function optimally and provide the best user experience, the
Application requests the Christian name of Your partner. This name is stored
temporarily and used throughout the Application and when comparing results with
Your partner. This name is deleted having completed the Application. The name does
not identify You or Your partner in any way.
The
name of Your partner is also used for the name of the file, when saving outputs
from the Application to your mobile ‘phone. This information is not saved
anywhere externally on any Server. It is not necessary to save the
questionnaire results, should You not want to.
When
comparing Your results with those of Your partner, only Your results of the
questionnaire – which do not identify You or Your partner in any way - are
stored in code form on a server temporarily. Once Your partner has made a
comparison with You, this information is removed immediately and permanently
from the server. If this information is not retrieved by Your partner within 15
minutes of saving it to the server, this information will be permanently
deleted at that time.
Should You have received a “Token” which
allows you to use the Application without requiring to pay, this Token does not
identify You in any way.
Usage Data is not collected at all when using
the Service.
When You access the Service by or through a
mobile device, We do not collect any information.
By using a “Token” only the Token-usage is
monitored. As such, it is possible to identify when the Token was issued and
when it was used, but the user (You) can not be
identified from it in any way.
While using the Application, in order to
provide features of the Application, permission is required to access the
following:
Pictures and other information from your
Device's camera and photo library are not accessed, retrieved or stored
anywhere.
The Company does not collect or use Personal
Data for any purpose. However, your Personal Data may be used by used by the
Access Provider to enable In App Purchases. The Access Provider has their own
Privacy Policy, which is outside the scope of this Privacy Policy.

Our Service does not contain links to other
websites that are not operated by Us.
We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to
time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on
this page.
We will let You know via Our Service, prior
to the change becoming effective and update the "Last updated" date
at the top of this Privacy Policy.
You are advised to review this Privacy Policy
periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when
they are posted on this page.
