It's Your Supplier Survey
This is an electronic survey based on The Gosling Group's "Dynamic
Questionnaire Engine™" (patent pending) which
will enable you to monitor and measure Customer Satisfaction
quickly and easily. The IYSS meets the requirements for ISO9001:2000
standard sub-clause 8.2.1 (Measuring and Monitoring - Customer
Satisfaction).
This
electronic questionnaire is primarily used to determine whether:

your company's strategies for Product Positioning,
Customer Service, Total Quality and Competitive
Positioning are effective
- the
strategies are clearly understood throughout your customer
base
- the
lines of communication to your customers are optimised

to what level each of the strategies is understood by the workforce.

Unlike other "Award" services, the "Get Gozzled"
service is a measure of how customer-orientated your web-site
is. With a "Gozzle" on your web-site,
you can promote your company as having a web-site tailored to
your customers' needs, thereby ensuring your current customers
and potential prospects a minimum of "on-line" time
to find the information they need about your company's products
and services.
Being
